  Three Days of Simple Living | Food, Family & Finding Balance The past three days have been a mix of routines, good food, work, and little reminders that life doesn't always have to be exciting to be meaningful. My mornings have been fairly consistent lately. Early wake-ups, walks, workouts, reading, and trying to stay away from my phone for the first few hours of the day. I've noticed that when I start my mornings slowly, the rest of the day feels less chaotic. One thing I'm trying to work on is my diet. For breakfast one day, I had a two-egg omelette with sugar-free black tea. I'm slowly trying to reduce sugar from my daily routine. Not because I don't love sweets—I absolutely do—but because I know my body will thank me later. I'm not planning to give up sweetness completely though. Returning to Writing After 3 Years

  Starting My Diary Again After 3 Years | June 9, 2026 Today is 9th June. Around this time last year, I was admitted to the hospital. Definitely not a memory I enjoy revisiting. Even thinking about it makes me a little nervous. At the same time, it reminds me how important it is to take care of our health. We often take it for granted until something goes wrong. But enough about that. Let's talk about today. I woke up early and went for my morning walk. Lately, I've stopped taking my phone with me. In fact, I try not to use my phone at all until at least 10 a.m. I wanted to give myself a few screen-free hours after waking up. The walking area is very close to my house, so I'm not worried about missing anything important. If there's ever an emergency, my family knows where I am, and there are plenty of familiar people around. Honestly, walking without my phone feels different.
