A Cozy Night at Si Nonna’s: Pizza, Croquettes, and a Surprisingly Heartwarming Gelato

Recently, I visited Si Nonna’s again. I hadn’t planned on going back, but it just happened. It was a very cold night, and I was craving pizza, so we decided to go there. This time, we ordered pizza number 4, which consisted of fior di latte mozzarella, ricotta cheese, blue cheese, aged parmesan, homemade jalapeño salsa, homemade cherry tomato confit, fresh basil, and EVOO. We also ordered mozzarella and jalapeño croquettes. First, the croquettes arrived. They were okay, but not great. The filling was small, and there wasn’t enough of it, so I wasn’t particularly impressed. Then, our pizza came. We added a little more olive oil and tried to do a cheese pull, but it didn’t work out as expected. However, the taste of the pizza was really good — flavorful and satisfying. Although we were pretty full, there’s always room for dessert, right? I saw gelato and decided to try some. I ordered Sicilian pistachio gelato. It turned out to be delicious — so tasty from the very first bite. I stil...

Burger Byte Cafe

Went to this substitute place situated near fc road, Pune. It was too much crowded but we got some place to sit.    Another substitute for Camp and Kp burger, nearby FC road. One-time visit to try the burger. The veg burger was good, but it wasn't even fitting in hand even though it was cut into two pieces. The food is affordable with a large quantity, but the hygiene is lacking. The seating area is congested and crowded, needing more space for seating. The cheeseburger only cost us Rs.75/- Overall experience: 3.5/5 Location:  Shop no 26, Madhu Vrindavan Society, Near, JP Trivedi Road, Sud Nagar, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411018

Gian Di Lassi - Amritsar

I visited this famous lassi shop in Amritsar and was amazed by the taste of their lassi. It was incredibly thick, creamy, and delicious, topped with lots of malai. The glass was so large that I didn't think I could finish it by myself, but I did! We tried both the regular lassi and the pedha lassi. The regular lassi was thick, creamy, and topped generously with malai, all for just ₹60 for that huge glass.  I also tried the pedha lassi, which was something new for me. It was made from pedha—first, they smashed the pedha and ice, made some yogurt from it, then transferred it into a bowl. They put plain yogurt into a big vessel to make the lassi, and after about 5-10 minutes of mixing, the pedha lassi was ready. It was hard work, but it turned out amazing, topped with malai and the pedha yogurt they had prepared earlier, all for just ₹100. We were so full that we couldn't even try the rabri!  Rating- 5/5 Location-  Golden Temple Out Road, Gagar Mal Rd, opp. regent cinema, Ka...

Decoding the Menu: A Flavorful Experience at Si Nonna’s

We visited this place on March 24th, eager to try something new. As we walked in, we were greeted by a beautiful ambiance and plenty of seating options. Excited to have pizza, we found ourselves a bit confused by the menu, as it listed only numbers with ingredients. Thankfully, the staff was incredibly helpful and guided us in making a choice. We decided on pizza number 9, and it turned out to be a great decision. The pizza was made with fresh dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and arugula leaves. It was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. Although it was on the expensive side, costing 900 INR, the taste made it worth every rupee. We would have loved to try more, but we were too full to continue. Nevertheless, we savored every bite of the pizza. It’s large enough for two people to share, though it is quite pricey compared to other pizza outlets nearby. Overall, the experience was delightful, and we’d love to visit again. Had very bad experience at Tien restaurant

Visited Tien yesterday, which is an Asian restaurant. The menu was good, with a lot of options to try from. After looking through the menu, we ordered crispy edamame rolls, a grilled three-cheese sandwich, spicy miso ramen (vegan), and coconut panna cotta. Unfortunately, the only thing we liked was the cheese inside the sandwich. However,  the cheese was only mozzarella, even though they had mentioned three types of cheese. The ramen portion was very small considering the cost. The rolls we received were only two cut in the half. The dessert, the coconut panna cotta, was tasteless. There was literally no taste at all. All we did was waste our money. These 4 items cost us 1716rs. Not to be mean or rude, but its not worth the money. Try it at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend it.
