How I Lost 10 Kgs in 90 Days Without Gym or Crash Diet (Real Routine)

How I Lost 10 Kgs in 90 Days Without Gym or Crash Diet (Real Routine)

I love food, and I never enjoyed strict diets.

I also wasn’t someone who loved intense workouts or gym routines.

Still, I managed to lose 10+ kgs in 90 days by making simple lifestyle changes that were realistic and sustainable.

If you want to lose weight naturally without extreme dieting, this blog may help you.

My Starting Point

On Day 1, I weighed 56 kg.

By Day 90, I reached 45 kg.

It wasn’t magic. It wasn’t perfect every day. It was the result of small habits done consistently.

What I Did NOT Do

  • No gym

  • No crash dieting

  • No starving myself

  • No obsessive calorie counting

  • No unrealistic plans

I kept everything simple.

My Daily Routine

Every morning I followed this routine:

  • Warm water after waking up

  • Meditation for a few minutes

  • 30-minute brisk walk

During the day:

  • 10 to 15 minutes walk after meals

  • Tried to stay active naturally

I didn’t always hit 10,000 steps, and that’s okay.

I focused on consistency, not perfection.

How I Ate to Lose Weight

1. Simple Homemade Meals

My meals were simple, filling, homemade, and balanced.

I reduced salt, avoided added sugar, and focused on food that made me feel lighter and healthier.

2. Mindful Eating

I stopped eating with distractions.

No TV. No mobile. No scrolling.

I ate slowly, chewed properly, and paid attention to hunger.

This helped me avoid overeating.

3. Portion Control Instead of Counting Calories

I never counted calories.

Instead, I learned how much my body needed and stopped eating until I felt stuffed.

I also didn’t strictly track protein, fats, carbs, or fibre.

I simply made sure my meals had:

  • More fibre

  • Good protein sources

  • Moderate carbs

  • Healthy fats like milk and a little ghee

Carbs Are Not Bad

You do not need to stop eating carbs.

Carbs are important for energy. The key is choosing better carbs and eating the right portions.

I also included healthier grains like:

  • Jowar

  • Ragi

  • Bajra

  • Barnyard millet

Instead of relying too much on maida or refined foods.

Vegetables & Fruits Matter

I made sure to include colorful vegetables and fruits in my meals.

Different colors give different nutrients.

Leafy vegetables are especially important because they are rich in nutrition, iron, fibre, and minerals.

I usually had one fruit a day because I preferred balance and moderation.

Water Intake

I tried to drink around 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily.

I personally avoided drinking too much water immediately after meals and stayed hydrated throughout the day.

Cheat Meals & Outside Food

I didn’t completely stop eating outside food.

Instead, I followed simple rules:

  • One cheat meal per week

  • Not a cheat day

  • Outside food only occasionally

  • Avoid heavy meals at night

  • No food after 7 pm most days

  • Portion control always

This helped me enjoy life while still losing weight.

Cravings Are Normal

Being Indian, we all crave chatpata and tasty food.

I realized cravings are normal.

Instead of forcing myself, I learned balance.

I also made healthier versions of recipes I loved at home.

That made the journey easier and enjoyable.

Listen to Your Body

Some foods did not suit me and caused bloating or gas.

So I either reduced them or avoided them.

Not every healthy food suits everyone.

Choose what works for your body.

My Biggest Mindset Shift

I never told myself I was “dieting.”

Because when something feels like punishment, it becomes harder to continue.

I treated it as a lifestyle change.

That mindset changed everything.

Weight Fluctuations Are Normal

Your weight will not stay the same every day.

Especially for women, the body naturally goes through hormonal and water changes.

So please do not panic over daily scale changes.

Also, do not keep checking the weighing scale again and again.

It only creates stress.

What Is the Real Goal?

The goal is not just to look skinny.

The real goal is to:

  • Feel healthy

  • Prevent diseases

  • Have more energy

  • Feel confident

  • Glow naturally

  • Build a better life

What I Learned

  • Choose what suits your body

  • Eat more of what is grown, less of what is packaged

  • Stay active daily

  • Eat mindfully

  • Focus on consistency, not perfection

  • Keep junk food occasional

  • Make healthy habits your normal life

Final Thoughts

Even after reaching your goal, the journey does not end.

You need to train your mind to continue these habits for your future health and happiness.

You can still enjoy treats occasionally.

But most of the time, choose simple, homemade, healthy, and tasty food.

That balance is what truly works long term.

Remember This

Do not chase only a number on the scale.

Chase health.
Chase confidence.
Chase peace.
Chase the glow that comes from taking care of yourself.

Nepal Trip Cancelled?! My Mumbai Travel Story & IRCTC Waitlist Nightmare 💔🏔️

The Trip That Never Began | Mumbai to Nowhere 💔🏔️ 13th April. The day I was supposed to finally leave for Nepal. I had imagined this day so many times — the excitement, the journey, the feeling of starting something I had been waiting for. But the day had other plans. I woke up early, already feeling a little uneasy. At first, I ignored it, thinking it was just nervous excitement. But within some time, I started coughing… and then suddenly, I felt worse and even threw up. For a moment, I paused. Should I cancel? But then I looked at my packed bags. Months of planning… and I still decided to go ahead. (Looking back, maybe I should’ve listened to my body 😅) After getting ready, I did my usual prayers, took blessings, and left. There was still hope. I booked a bus to Mumbai — ₹950. The journey felt longer than usual, maybe because I wasn’t feeling my best. Still, the excitement of the trip kept me going. By around 5 PM, I reached Dadar. My train was at 10 PM. Which meant I had time — t...

Burger Byte Cafe

Went to this substitute place situated near fc road, Pune. It was too much crowded but we got some place to sit.    Another substitute for Camp and Kp burger, nearby FC road. One-time visit to try the burger. The veg burger was good, but it wasn't even fitting in hand even though it was cut into two pieces. The food is affordable with a large quantity, but the hygiene is lacking. The seating area is congested and crowded, needing more space for seating. The cheeseburger only cost us Rs.75/- Overall experience: 3.5/5 Location:  Shop no 26, Madhu Vrindavan Society, Near, JP Trivedi Road, Sud Nagar, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411018
