Banana Oats Smoothie
Easiest way to make banana oats smoothie. Try it once, and you'll always crave it.
RECIPE
Ingredients:
Banana - 1
Oats - 3tbsp
Water - to soak oats
Milk - as per your consistency (I add 1/2cup)
Dates - 2seedless
Almonds - 2
Oats - 3tbsp
Water - to soak oats
Milk - as per your consistency (I add 1/2cup)
Dates - 2seedless
Almonds - 2
Method:
- Soak oats with dates and almonds for 10-15minutes.
- Take a banana, cut it into 3-4 pieces, and grind it until it forms a paste.
- Add the soaked oats to banana paste, and grind it again.
- Lastly, add the milk and grind it until smooth.
- Serve in a cup/glass and your smoothie is ready to drink.
