Three Days of Simple Living | Food, Family & Finding Balance The past three days have been a mix of routines, good food, work, and little reminders that life doesn't always have to be exciting to be meaningful. My mornings have been fairly consistent lately. Early wake-ups, walks, workouts, reading, and trying to stay away from my phone for the first few hours of the day. I've noticed that when I start my mornings slowly, the rest of the day feels less chaotic. One thing I'm trying to work on is my diet. For breakfast one day, I had a two-egg omelette with sugar-free black tea. I'm slowly trying to reduce sugar from my daily routine. Not because I don't love sweets—I absolutely do—but because I know my body will thank me later. I'm not planning to give up sweetness completely though.
